Planning the Disney Day for 2007
Our resident Disney expert and Saturday host, John Frost from The Disney Blog, suggests that we choose a park other than Magic Kingdom for our Saturday adventures. While I am a big fan of Animal Kingdom, it closes at dusk. That leaves Epcot or MGM. Tough call.
EPCOT has great food/beverages, the Illuminations show and favorites rides like Soarin and Finding Nemo. MGM has Tower of Terror and the new Stunt Show....hmmm. Still a tough call.
What are your thoughts?

That is tough. I've always been an Epcot guy, it's a lot of fun to go through the world showcase, but MGM is pretty fun too.
I'd say Epcot with Soarin' and Mission: Space.

Epcot would be my first choice because I like the international atmosphere and the better food. I think we can't go wrong with either one, but if I were on my own, I'd go to Epcot.

Epcot - food, drink, culture very bloggable. Also, one you get on the World Showcase you get a chance to see everything, whereas MGM is more random-access.
MGM - not feeling so fresh these days for me. Stunt show is fun and new, and rides are good, and I like that they have the Residents of Hollywood (streetmospheres) back. Very vloggable?

Animal Kingdom is one of my favorites but Epcot is a close second.

I was going to recommend Disney's Animal Kingdom, but the 29th is the second day of Epcot's Food & Wine festival. The 30+ extra food stations and other displays really plus the Epcot experience. So I'm voting Epcot this year.

Well now that I know that it's the Food and Wine festival I think that EPCOT will be it.

Easy choice, particularly with F&W going on...Epcot. Bring a few extra bucks to make sure you get a sample from most of the kiosks. Last year the portions were noticeably larger and the food was great.
